The African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) embraced the theme of ‘Eximbanking for an Emergent Africa: The Next 25 years’ at its 25th Annual General Meeting in Abuja, Nigeria.

As part of a series of seminars on topics related to structural transformation, trade finance, intra-African trade and the technological revolution; V. Shankar participated in a discussion centered around the African Continental Free Trade Agreement in an Era of Rising Protectionism.

V. Shankar spoke alongside key figures of the African business community on the ways to harness innovation and leverage partnerships to accelerate trade, growth and economic development.
